Internship Program
Founded in 2017, The RCL Group LLC. (RCL) began its journey to bring a boutique approach to lobbying and government affairs. One that provides personalized attention to the specific needs and interests of each client. As our portfolio of clients grew, so did our commitment to the community. This led to the creation of our Summer Internship Lobbying Program (SILP).
Program Objective
The SILP is designed to inspire and equip students by providing a paid, hands-on experience in the field of lobbying while deepening their understanding of the legislative process. Through direct exposure to policy-making and community initiatives, participants gain valuable professional, analytical, and social skills.
Selected students take part in every stage of the professional experience—from interviews and presentation skills workshops to policy seminars and community service projects. The program blends career development with social responsibility, preparing participants for meaningful professional growth and civic engagement.
Our mission is to empower future professionals to explore careers in lobbying, political, and commercial affairs, fostering a deep understanding of the processes that shape informed, responsible, and productive leaders.
